Customisation
The entire design process is carried out in-house. If you do not have a logo we are happy to design one for you, and can provide you with a costing for this service. We can advise you of the best route to take in branding your clothing. If you have embroidered clothing already we can replicate the design on production of a sample provided by yourself.
To set up your design for printing or embroidery all we require is a copy of your logo. This can be provided in the form of a letterhead/business card or in image format via email ie jpeg.
Embroidery
Whether you require a complex design or just embroidered text , our advanced design software will provide a solution for you. If you have placed an order an initial swatch of your design (on a piece of material) can be provided Free of Charge for approval before we commence your order.Embroidered Badge - To set up your design as an embroidered badge it must be digitised into stitches. The more complicated the design, the more stitches are required, and the more time it takes to embroider.
There is a set up charge payable of approximately £10 to digitise your design into an embroidered badge. This is based on designs containing up to 10000 stitches. A screen shot of how the embroidery design will look can then be emailed for your approval, or alternatively we can embroider the design onto a material swatch for you to see. For designs that are over 10000 stitches a set up charge will be quoted. This is based on the complexity of the design, the amount of stitches and the qty of garments ordered.
Embroidered Text – If your logo consists of text that is available as an embroidery font, then there is no set up charge irrespective of the quantity of order placed. Please note that set up charges may apply if the text is a bespoke font.
Printing
We offer a vinyl printing service where your design is cut out on vinyl material and heat pressed onto the garment. This is available in 1 – 5 colours, additional colours being added in layers. Vinyl printing is suitable for cotton, poly/cotton and nylon material contents.Should your design have multiple colours then transfer printing may be an option. Your design can be printed onto a white opaque transfer which is then heat pressed onto the garment. Transfer printing is suitable for cotton and poly/cotton material contents.
There is no set up charge for printing provided suitable artwork is supplied.
A PDF file of how your artwork will look can be emailed for approval/consideration.
